Current information before coming to the consultation!
When coming for a consultation for the first time, you need:
– have an identity document (identity card or passport);
– arrive 5-10 min. earlier to fill the registration documents (patient information and declaration of will sheet and patient admission form);
– if you have it, take the results of the performed tests (histological, cytological, blood, nail fungus, etc.);
– health care is provided to a minor patient under the age of 16 only with the consent of his representatives, except for the provision of essential medical assistance services;
– Vilnius laser dermatology center provides only paid services.
